(-tikz- diagram)

(-tikz- diagram)

  • Eksempel 2.5.1
Vi vil bestemme monotoniforhold for funktionen:

    \[f(x)=1 \quad ,\quad x<4\]

Grafen for denne funktion er vandret:

    (-tikz- diagram)

    .

(-tikz- diagram)

  • a) Bestem ekstrema for \(f\).

  • b) Bestem monotoniforhold for \(f\).

  • c) Bestem ekstrema for \(g\).

  • d) Bestem monotoniforhold for \(g\).

  • e) Bestem monotoniforhold for \(h\).

 2.5.1

  • a) \(f\) har globalt maksimum i \((-2,4)\)

  • Eksempel 2.5.3
Betragt grafen for en funktion \(f\):

    (-tikz- diagram)

Funktionen \(f\) har globalt minimum i punkterne \((1,2)\) og \((5,2)\).

Øvelse 2.5.2 ()

Betragt grafen for funktionen \(f\):

(-tikz- diagram)

  • a) Hvor mange globale maksimumspunkter har \(f\)?

 2.5.2

(-tikz- diagram)

  • a) Bestem det globale minimumssted.

  • b) Bestem den globale minimumsværdi.

  • c) Bestem det globale minimum.

  • d) Er \(f\) monoton?

 2.5.3

  • a) Minimumstedet er \(2\).

  • b) Minimumsværdien er \(1\).

  • c) Det globale minimum er \(1\).

  • d) Nej

Lad \(f(x)=-3\).

  • a) Er \(f\) konstant?

  • b) Er \(f\) voksende?

  • c) Er \(f\) aftagende?

 2.5.4

  • a) yup

  • b) yup

  • c) yup

  • Definition 2.5.1
En funktion \(f\) siges at være voksende i et interval \(I\), hvis der for alle \(x_1\in I\) og \(x_2\in I\) gælder:

    \[ f(x_2) \geq f(x_1)\quad , \quad \text {når} \quad x_2>x_1 \]

En funktion \(f\) siges at være aftagende i et interval \(I\), hvis der for alle \(x_1\in I\) og \(x_2\in I\) gælder:

    \[ f(x_2) \leq f(x_1)\quad , \quad \text {når} \quad x_2>x_1 \]

En funktion \(f\) siges at være konstant i et interval \(I\), hvis der for alle \(x_1\in I\) og \(x_2\in I\) gælder:

    \[ f(x_1)= f(x_2) \]

(-tikz- diagram)

  • Definition 2.5.2

En funktion \(f\) har globalt maksimum i \(\big (x_0,f(x_0)\big )\), hvis der gælder:

    \[ f(x_0)\geq f(x)\quad \text {for alle}\quad x\in \Dm (f) \]

En funktion \(f\) har globalt minimum i \(\big (x_0,f(x_0)\big )\), hvis der gælder:

    \[ f(x_0)\leq f(x) \quad \text {for alle}\quad x\in \Dm (f) \]

En funktion \(f\) har lokalt maksimum i \(\big (x_0,f(x_0)\big )\), hvis der findes et åbent interval \(I\), indeholdende \(x_0\), så:

    \[ f(x_0)\geq f(x) \quad \text {for alle} \quad x\in I\cap \Dm (f) \]

En funktion \(f\) har lokalt minimum i \(\big (x_0,f(x_0)\big )\), hvis der findes et åbent interval \(I\), indeholdende \(x_0\), så:

    \[ f(x_0)\leq f(x) \quad \text {for alle} \quad x\in I\cap \Dm (f) \]
