Kapitel 1 Integralregning

Integralregning er tæt knyttet til differentialregning. I første omgang vil emnet handle om at bestemme forskrifter for funktioner ud fra kendskab til deres differentialkvotient, men senere vil vi se, at integralregning også kan bruges til at finde arealer under kurver, hvilket er overaskende nyttigt – også indenfor økonomi. F.eks. kan man beregne Gini-koefficienter med integralregning.

Udover at være nyttigt i sig selv, er integralregning også en forudsætning for mange andre vigtige emner som f.eks. differentialligninger.
